Time Clock Features
Employees punch in or out quickly with a simple click of the mouse.
There are multiple levels of access that can be assigned to each employee.
Multiple access levels are available to limit employees’ access from - no online access to allowing them to update their personal data.
Employee Punch Time Entry:
Each employee uses the timeclock site to log in or out with their own secured account. An employee can be assigned to multiple Divisions, Departments and Jobs if desired. If used, the system will recall the employees last selected Division,Department and Job from their prior punch. An employee can enter an unlimited amount of punches per day as required.
Manager & Supervisor Access:
There are multiple authorization levels that can be assigned to Managers or Supervisors to control their access to view, edit or approve employee time records.
Managers Update & Edit Abilities:
Administrators can record or edit employee missed punches.
Total hours or dollars may also be entered. (This would be used to record Paid Time Off, Vacation, Sick, Bonus,etc.).
Unlimited Company Set-Up Possibilities:
There is no limit to the number of Divisions, Departments, Jobs, and employees that can be created.
Employees can also be assigned to multiple Divisions, Departments or Jobs.
Time Zones & Daylight Savings:
Supports multiple divisions with different time zones.
TTS timeclock automatically adjusts for daylight savings time.

Employee punches can be rounded to the nearest 5 or 15 minutes, by Division or Department, or an employee can be exempt from the rounding rules.
Different Payroll Periods:
TTS timeclock supports all Payroll Periods - weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Multiple pay periods per company are also allowed.
Accommodates multiple employee shifts.
Correctly sums time per shift even when the first IN punch is on previous day.
TTS timeclock accommodates unlimited punches per day per employee.
